At Gloss Dreams, we take pride in creating safe, high-quality lip gloss products.

Refunds:

  • All sales are final.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at glossdreams108@gmail.com. 
  • We may request a photo of the damaged product and will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues:

  • Gloss Dreams is not responsible for packages lost after they leave our fulfillment location.
  • We recommend checking your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
